Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can initiate a refund by returning us the items within 14 days. The items must have been unused and in the same condition that they were delivered to you. We will refund you the full cost minus the delivery shipping costs as outlined in our terms below.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your products must be in the original packaging and unused. You may also be asked to show proof of purchase in the form of a receipt. We ask you to please also prove a valid reason for the refund.
Once we inspect the returned items, we will contact you either by phone or email to notify you of whether you have valid grounds for a full refund.
If your refund is accepted it will be processed the same day and refunded within 7 days.to the same bank account the payment was made from or we can credit your account.
Exchanges due to defect or damage
We only replace items if they are damaged in transit or you return the items to us and pay all the delivery costs associated with the purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, you can return your order as above and re-order a different item in the mean time.
If you need a replacement item due to a defect or damage, please contact us via email on info@removalspal.wpengine.com and provide images supporting your claim and details regarding the defect or damage, and a replacement order or refund will be actioned same day if accepted.
Return Shipping address
All items must be returned to our main depot: removalspal.com, Unit 5, Hysopp Close, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 7EX.
The costs of returning the items and not covered by removalspal.com under any circumstances, and must be arranged by the buyer. If the items are refused at the delivery address and returned to us. This is not a valid method of return and these added fees incurred by us will be reflected in any refund that is due. If for any reason the delivery fails at the delivery address and the items are returned to us as a result the same terms will apply. Orders that are delayed due to factors outside of our control resulting in a later arrival than expected, still fall within the standard return guidelines.
